At Smart Replacement Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
